(01) · WHO I AM
Ana Nave

My way of working did not come from a straight path. It came from understanding businesses from very different places.
I come from Animal Science, from working with producers, research, operations, photography, catering and from building a business of my own from the ground up: first organic baskets delivered at home, later an organic grocery-café.
For ten years, I was inside every part of a real business: suppliers, buying, product, customers, communication, sales, finance and daily decisions. It was a kind of learning with no shortcuts, about what it really means to build, sustain and evolve a business.
I also worked in procurement and accounts payable in an international context, where I deepened my understanding of processes, clear systems and the relationship between people, information and execution.
Today, I bring these perspectives together to help businesses find direction, structure their digital ecosystem and get closer to their customers in a more coherent way. I observe what happens before communication, what supports a sale and everything that needs to work after it.
Writing, especially poetry, is also part of this way of being. I am drawn to abstract ideas when they touch everyday life, to long conversations and to the worlds that exist inside people. Listening, for me, is not just a human quality. It is an essential part of the work.
I do not believe in marketing that exaggerates, disguises or promises what a business cannot deliver. I believe in honest communication, supported by strategy, structure and execution.
Strategy first. Execution where it matters.
